Chef Jelle chooses resolutely for fresh, local and preferably biological products. He trained at the Spermalie Hotel School in Bruges. He gained experience and refinement at Hertog Jan and Sans Cravate, among others. "As a chef, I find it essential that people feel at home, can let go of everything for a while and fully enjoy the atmosphere and dishes.
Hostesses Goele & Aagje provide a warm welcome and charming service, which makes for a spontaneous gastronomic experience. This makes a visit to Komtuveu a sensation that stimulates all the senses and stays with you for a long time.
