I cook alone, strictly natural, seasonally with the very best quality products from our local growers; to be able to offer you a menu as healthy, creative and hyper-modern as possible. Unfortunately, due to the extremely high labor intensity this entails, I cannot accommodate any allergies and/or your own eating habits.
